What fun! I finished my fingerless gloves and a baby hat for a coworker's new grandson. Hopefully it will still fit him! Isn't it cute? I didn't have a baby to show it off on, so I had to improvise.
The pattern is from the booklet called "The second little Sublime hand knit book".
Next up is a scarf that I started before the holidays and it ended up in the basket gathering knots. How is it that when you put a project away, it doesn't move but manages to have knots when you start to work on it again? This scarf is a lit of fun- the pattern is in four rows- you use two different yarns and you work one one, then go back to the beginning, work the row across again with the second yarn, then turn it over and work the other way. I got the pattern at a wonderful shop called The Village Sheep when I bought the yarn. Not sure the picture does it justice; it really is lovely.
When I get a little more mobile, I will start on my butterfly quilts. Right now I am working a some drawings.Enjoy your Sunday!
